Digital culture is not only images, but also sounds: music; effects that accompany action; soundscapes to be discovered. Without them it’s difficult to imagine computer games, the applications we use every day or popular websites. Today, the soundtracks of games can be as popular as those of films, but very few people note that adding sound to a digital production isn’t just about music, but a whole universe of sounds, which have to fit together perfectly. The process will be discussed by outstanding composers and sound engineers who have spent years building virtual worlds, which are just as interesting to hear as to see.
