Access to funding is the biggest, most important challenge facing independent game developers across the world. In Poland alone, trade bodies such as the Polish Games Association have published exhortations to the government to open up routes of investment for games studios. But despite governmental support programs, investments from private individuals or companies remains essential for growing businesses. This is particularly important for independent game developers, who often have the most difficulty raising the cash needed to grow.

In this workshop we will explore and outline how best to approach a pitch. You will discover what publishers and investors expect from your pitch, and how to increase your chances of success in securing funds for your project.
