She holds degrees in English from the University of Łódź and in Museum Curatorial Studies from Jagiellonian University. For several years she has worked with organisations supporting openness in culture, including the Project Polska Digital Centre and the History and Media service. Moraczewska created the film series “Wstęp wolny. Otwartość w instytucjach kultury” (“Free admission: Openness in cultural institutions”). Since 2014 she has coordinated Wikimedia’s work with cultural institutions as part of the Wikimedia Polska Association.
