Adam Skorupa

Adam “Scorpik” Skorupa is Poland’s best-known and most experienced composer of music and creator of sound effects for video games. He started his career in the demoscene, then began working with game creators, working on the soundtracks for productions including The Prince and the Coward, Painkiller and the first two parts of the Witcher trilogy. Skorupa also composes for films, including Tomasz Bagiński’s Cinematography, Grzegorz Jonkajtys’s The Ark and The City of Ruins, shown in the Warsaw Uprising Museum. In 2017 he received the Golden Pixel award for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Polish gaming industry.
