Marta has worked for the National Library since August 2011, currently serving as director of the Library Theory and Organisation Workshop in the National Library’s Bibliographic Institute and head of the Omnis e-Service Project, which the Library has conducted since October 2016. Since July 2017 she has represented Polish libraries on the OCLC EMEA Council. This year she also took on the role of president of the VIAF Council, which brings together representatives of national libraries from around the world, helping create the VIAF single virtual authority file.
